El diseño de la portada se basa en tres ingredientes. Uno de ellos es el espectáculo de luz del grupo. Yo quería representarlo. El segundo hace referencia a un texto sobre ambición y codicia. El Tercero era que Rick quería una portada sencilla, atrevida y llamativa.

La presentación del diseño se hizo en un abrir y cerrar de ojos. Entraron, miraron y dijeron: "ese". Que coincidieran tan rápido significa que era el diseño que buscaban. Sin esa portada es difícil de imaginar.

 Dark Side expresaba una empatia política, filosófica y humanitaria que tenia que salir.
Quizás porque todavía teníamos un objetivo en común: hacernos ricos y famosos.

 Las ideas que Roger exploraba gustan a cada nueva generación. No han perdido relevancia.
Me acuerdo muy bien del momento en que nos sentamos a escuchar 
toda la mezcla de un tirón y pensé: hemos hecho algo fantástico.

En Dark Side todo el grupo trabajaba en equipo. Era un periodo creativo.
Eramos muy habiertos.

Una de las razones del éxito de Dark Side es que es un álbum muy rico. 
Se han reunido muchos números e ideas en un solo álbum.

El otro "Lado Obscuro De La Luna", literalmente:

1972 Dark Side Of The Moon.

Álbum del grupo británico Medicine Head, de blues rock, compuesto por John Fiddler y Peter Hope-Evans, lanzado en enero de 1972. No tiene relación con el de Pink Floyd, quienes cambiaron temporalmente el titulo de su disco por el de "Eclipse" antes de publicarlo.
